The Government’s On-sold support package aims to resolve outstanding earthquake damage in Canterbury and get people back in their homes. If you’re a homeowner accepted into the scheme, you can find more information here to help navigate the process.
The Government has asked the Natural Hazards Commission to make changes to the way applications are processed in the On-sold support package to help homeowners progress through the programme. These changes apply to homeowners who are in the pre-settlement stage as of 4 November 2024.
