How we work
At NHC Toka Tū Ake we have rules, policies, and ways of working that guide what we do.
The Minister provides an annual letter of expectations to the Board of EQC to set her expectations for the organisation. This updated letter of expectations helps inform our Statement of Intent and Statement of Performance Expectations.
