How we work
At NHC Toka Tū Ake we have rules, policies, and ways of working that guide what we do.
The briefing on how EQC estimates its financial liabilities discusses the work of EQC’s independent actuaries in estimating the final or ‘ultimate’ cost of each event. Ultimately, however, the final cost of the Canterbury earthquake sequence will not be known until the final claim is settled and closed.
