Abstract
This report describes analysis of claims and consent data following the 2016 Kaikōura/Hurunui earthquake. The analysis provides insight into impacts on housing quality following the cash settlement of insurance claims. This is a supplementary report to the “2016 Kaikōura/Hurunui earthquake claims settlement research: Evaluating the impacts of cash settlements on the long-term quality of the housing stock” report.
