How we work
At NHC Toka Tū Ake we have rules, policies, and ways of working that guide what we do.
In August 2025 we provided a submission to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development and the Ministry of Environment - Manatū Mō Te Taiao as part of the public consultation on ‘Going for Housing Growth Pillar 1: Providing for urban development in the new resource management system (the Discussion Document).
