How we work
At NHC Toka Tū Ake we have rules, policies, and ways of working that guide what we do.
NHC’s claims manual sets out policies on how NHC applies the Earthquake Commission Act 1993 (EQC Act) and the Natural Hazards Insurance Act (2023) when dealing with residential buildings.
