How we work
At NHC Toka Tū Ake we have rules, policies, and ways of working that guide what we do.
In June 2025, we provided a submission to Kaipara District Council, Kaipara te Oranganui as part of the public consultation on ‘Kaipara Proposed District Plan’.
The key points of this submission were support for implementation of risk-based land use planning for natural hazard risk reduction, and suggestions to strengthen risk reduction provisions.
